The following is a competition we took part in set up by AIA Michigan. In order to make the best use of the small plot of land and maximum height allowances, we opted to create a series of vertical apartments (one main space per floor) to give an illusion of grandeur in the small space. The design consists of six 3bedroom units (250 m2) and four 4bedroom units (300 m2).
