The Heidico Heliopolis Masterplan is one of series of projects that was done in partnership with developer and entrepreneur Hoda Abd el Moniem of Heidico Construction Industries. This project is located by the airport and consists of a series of 8 story residential buildings laid out surrounding the urban block with a commercial and communal core within its the heart of the block.
