The following was a competition to design a showroom in Beijing for Chinese Art. The design brief called to incorporate traditional Chinese elements into the design, but to do so with a contemporary feel. We chose to base the forms and geometry of our design on the Chinese Dragon, which is considered a massive omen for good luck with Chinese culture, and also gives us many opportunities to explore fluid forms based on traditional Chinese Dragon Iconography.
